(aka Fairborn Theater) I hated seeing the theater close in 2000 and like many other residents of Fairborn I was worried that the building would be torn down. I have been following news stories about the theater, in the paper, and am very excited that new life is being breathed into this landmark. The vision shown on the Performing Arts and Cultural Association website give me hope that the building will be restored back to its original beauty. It will be wonderful to drive down Broad St. and see the marquee lit up and the parking lot full once again.

I'm glad to see that the community wishes to save this historic landmark. I remember my days as a kid enjoying the Saturday morning movies. Was there a reason that they removed the letters "Fairborn" from the side?
