I just found out that, as of May, you can pay your Fairborn Water Bill online at their website, www.datapay3.com/c/cof01/It's not ideal in that it functions like bank transfer. It has no record of your accounts and the amount due. You still have to receive your snail mail bill (that so easily gets stuck between sheets of junk mail and can be accidentally pitched), then type in your bill and bank info. Consequently, if you don't get your bill you can't PAY the bill online and soon you'll have your water disconnected. In that respect, it's no better than paying your water bill online through your bank. I've been paying DP&L, Dayton and Fairborn water through Fifth Third's online bill payment process since these utilities don't offer online payment unless you pay a nasty fee. Thanks Vectren for having online account information and bill payment!
